The only way to raise your attributes is by trading in experience points. The ratio is very simple: one attribute point for every one hundred experience points. So: 2000 experience points will get you 20 attribute points.

Note: You can only go one way in the trade. Experience to Attributes. This means you should work out the numbers and weight your options carefully before using this.
