It is illegal to post the words or actions of non-player characters without the consent of a referee. Exceptions: if the NPCs are under your control (such as employees of yours); or if the words or actions are purely for theatrical effect, and cause no harm to the reputations of those NPCs. (It would be all right for a character to post a conversation with a bank teller while making a deposit, but it would be illegal for a character to have his character bribe or slip past a guard.)
