It is illegal for a character to act upon, or spread to others, information not obtained through that character's actions on the board. For instance, it is illegal for a user's character to act on information known by one of that user's previous characters who has died, and it is illegal for aides and others with the capacity of reading pulled messages to use that information in playing their characters. Users who violate this rule may be banned from the board.
